Kunihiko Fujii

Mr. Fujii joined Aspirant Group from July 2024 as a senior advisor.
He joined Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. in 1978, where he was in charge of their international business since the early 2000s. Since setting up the International Business Development Department within Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. in 2007, he led 4 large scale acquisitions in Europe and the U.S. as senior executive management in charge of International Business, which realized transformational change of Tokio Marine group. Since 2017, he was in charge of Chief Risk Officer, overseeing risk management for the entire group.
Since stepping down from his position as Executive Vice President and Director of Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. in 2019, he has taken on a position as their Senior Strategic Advisor.
Mr. Fujii holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
